Garden Guide Privacy
This notice describes the information handling in the static garden guide at discosproutwhimnor.cyou. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].
Visiting the website
Your browser requests pages, images, styles and scripts from the website’s hosting service. Ordinary web requests can disclose an IP address, browser information, requested address, time and referring page. Hosting infrastructure may process security and access logs to deliver the site and investigate abuse. This notice does not promise that infrastructure logs are absent or specify an unverified hosting retention period.
The supplied site code contains no analytics, advertising pixels, third-party embeds or fingerprinting scripts. Photographs and other page resources are served locally rather than requested from an external image service.
The message-drafting tool
Fields on the contact page are used to construct a plain-text draft within your browser. The site does not upload the draft, send a message or deliberately save those field values in local storage. Content remains in the current page’s memory, although your own browser may offer autofill, session restoration or other device-level features.
Choosing Copy message asks your browser to write the draft to your clipboard. Choosing Download text creates a file on your device. Clipboard histories, synced clipboards, downloaded files and backups are controlled by your browser, operating system and personal settings.
Email you choose to send
If you send an email using your own email service, your address, message and any included details are transmitted through the relevant email providers and become available to the recipient. Such correspondence may be used to answer your question, investigate a correction, maintain necessary records or address misuse. Do not include sensitive personal information, private addresses or information about others without a suitable reason and permission.
Correspondence should be retained only as long as needed for its purpose and any applicable legal obligations. Where data-protection law applies, handling routine correspondence may rely on legitimate interests in responding and managing the publication, or on another appropriate lawful basis where required.
Browser preferences
The preferences page can save a local-storage value recording your selection. It is not an advertising identifier and is not sent by the supplied script to a server. See Garden Site Cookie Preferences for the key, available controls and removal instructions.
Sharing and external links
The supplied code does not sell personal information or send draft content to advertisers. Hosting and email providers may process information needed for their services; lawful disclosures may also be necessary. External reference links take you to independently operated websites with their own privacy practices. No external site is loaded merely because its text link appears here.
Your choices and rights
You can leave the draft tool unused, clear browser storage, remove downloaded files and choose what to send by email. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of personal information, and to complain to a relevant supervisory authority. Email us with a clear request; proportionate identity checks may be needed.
This site is general-audience information and does not ask children to provide personal information. If you believe a child has sent personal details, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
Changes to this notice
If the website’s information handling changes, this notice should be updated to reflect the actual implementation. Revisit it before sending information if your privacy needs are particular or your last visit was some time ago.
